2023 Line in the Sand AGM

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Reverse Natural Capital Inc. (RNC) will be held at Open Book, 124 Wellington Street, Mosman Park WA 6012, on Friday 17 March 2023 at 10 am. Members who are unable to attend in person will be able to participate via Zoom video conference.

The Agenda and Meeting Papers for the AGM, the Proxy From for voting at the AGM, and the Not-For-Profit Association Reports containing the Financial Statements for the past 3 years can be DOWNLOADED HERE. If any member would like a copy of the papers to be emailed to them, please let me know by email at hello@lineinthesandgroup.com as soon as possible. Each member is entitled to vote on any resolution put at any General Meeting and has one vote. A member may cast their vote either in person at a General Meeting or by proxy.
